S5 Primary fuel rail comparted to S4

I was just putting my new 1989 Turbo TII together and as i was connecting the vacuum lines I noticed that the primary fuel rail is different then the one in the FSM. It looks like an S4. Do you think that it would be wrong to use this? It does not have the connection for the fuel solenoid. (Orange solenoid on the rats nest.) No ides why but all of my fuel pressure regulators are all the same and look like the one on the S4 manual.

The secondary rail has the fuel pressure regulator.

Thanks,
Ian

If it has threaded fittings, it's S4. If it's sealed, it's S5. Simple as that. S4 & S5 turbo primary fuel rails (from the same country) can be interchanged. The reason I mention country is j-spec rails swap the FPR and PD from the way they are on US-spec cars. If the primary rail in question has the PD or a banjo bolt (but no FPR) you can use it.
