s5 non turbo Engine problems
ok so here is the deal again.
I get no ecu codes from the car.
It starts all the time but right after it reves to 1500 it will just die out or just bounce from 1000-2500 rpm if i gently give it throttle it will sorta rev up very slowly but if i step on the throttle too much to rev it faster it just looses power completely and the revs bounce from whereever 1500 rpm up and down.No power over 3000 rpm at all.
I changed the fuel pump resistor relay already and same problems..
Any heads up please//
Thanks

is this one of the 90 non turbos in your oversized signature? (six lines of text is all you are allowed- yours is double that)
always post what the model and year

Rev bounce is a clasic example of a bad or mis-adjusted TPS, but if it is also a S5 then I would pull the engine codes and see what else may be an issue.

I pulled the engine code and there were none!
nothing at all and it did give me a fuel resistor relay code of 51 but i swapped it out and still same problem.
The ecu brings up no codes.
Im changing the afm and fuel pump tomorrow to good ones and if that dosent work i got some problems to deal with..and need more help!!
Thanks ICE
