S5 NA to S5 Jspec Turbo II swap

Hey guys, Finishing up my S5 NA to S5 Jspec Turbo swap. NA wiring harness is in the process of being connected. I'm drawing a blank as to where some of the connectors go, if anyone could chime in I would really appreciate it! Looks to be a broken off ground wire bolted to the tranny?
The thick ground wire up top runs to the left side of the tranny...
This one broke while removing it from the NA motor, Near the thermostat neck as seen to the right.
If anyone could chime in and help with where these go I'd really appreciate it!

Fuel Lines

Fuel lines on the motor. Since this motor is a Jspec, I know the positions differ.

Somewhat solved.

So I found the home to the broken white clip, that is for the BAC valve. Fuel lines i think i have figured out. Can anyone comment on the other harness plugs? Im especially confused about the clipped off ground wire, and the other large ground wire bolted to the passengers side of the tranny. No idea where the other side of it goes to?

The first pic is the engine ground (starter bolt mounting point) this would be on the Transmission/battery sub harness.
The yellow is a Engine ground (black wire with eyelet).
Fuel lines: follow the steel line to your Primary injector rail..that steel line would be your Feed (so attach to the line from the tank.)

Jspec have the fuel system backwards to USDM motors ...i.e. feed is to the secondary rail and fpr is on the primary..i'd double check the fuel rails to confirm.

Only S4TII JDM are backwards. S4NA S5NA and S5TII are all the same (Normal).
