Well..I am an idiot, there was a small vacuum leak on the back side of the intake pipe on the bend right after the AFM, also the throttle was completely shut, a small adjustment there and that little hole plugged up and the car started up with no problems.

I wish it was that simple...I still have to hook up a pile of things and get a trans mount welded. The trans mount thing is due to the car being an NA auto chassis, and the trans in currently being an s4 t2. Luckily I have a guy very familiar with RX7's that will help me weld that up.

While I have your attention, could you tell me which set of injectors to upgrade first or if I should do both and what supporting mods I would want?

Might be wrong but if you are running a stock ECU then there really is no need to upgrade your injectors. Now having them cleaned and flow checked is a different story.

hmmm you have a valid point, I will get that done seeing how it is relatively cheap to do anyways. Thanks again Satch, I really appreciate the help you've provided.
