S5 n/a w/ no idle- bad BAC?

I have to hold the rpm above 1800-2000 for it to run fine, otherwise it wants to stall. When COLD start it will rev to usual 3000rpm then fall down to 0.
It pulls fine on the road... just when i give it light throttle (like doing a U turn) it will buck like a bull.... when ignition is ON i can hear an "electrical HMMM" at the BAC plug until i jump the one pin connector and it clicks open if that has anything to do with it.
--- the engine started to misfire but wouldnt hold an idle to set the timing.... so i turned the crank to the first mark, restabbed the CAS CORRECTLY, Cleared the ecu and it seems to run fine when giving throttle jsut no idle.
'91 n/a w/ 5/6 sleeves/rods removed, emmisions gone, tb mod, p/s & a/c removed, etc... LIM gasket is also the metal one (anyone have any sealing problems with these?)

After replacing the clutch, i put the engine back in and it started great; just it wouldnt hold an idle at all. Since it wouldnt hold an idle then, i resealed every gasket with rtv on both faces all the way up the the plastic elbow. -the only one i didnt seal was the UIM to the middle manifold with the vdi.

What ive done to solve the idle... which has ended me up nowhere.
-Changed AFM
-Set TPS using LED mthod & 1k ohm.(Both with cleared ECU and engine off)
-set the fast idle cam
- started car with Green One pin grounded to set BAC % AND with it normal. Both ended up Stalling still.

Now ive read that the BAC carries alot of the idle duty so could that being bad cause stalling?

I am pretty damn sure every gasket is sealed good w/ rtv so a Large vac was out of the question for me, but it is always a possibilty.

Pull error codes from the ECU. See if you get anything.

Also, there is a test for the BACV, it's in the FSM. it will tell you if it is bad or not.

Yea i forgot to mention ive pulled the codes and only got the ones for emissions.
Tested the BAC out of the car and it clicks open when 12v applied.

Ive read a post from Hailers that mentions taking BAC off but leaving the electrical plug connected and either looking for it to vibrate or not (cant remember which one it was), but i'll check that out.

I guess what else i'll do is make a temp. block off plate for the bac, set prim. throttle plate/dashpot and see if i can get an idle with no bac and go from there.
