S5 N/A>T2 tranny wiring

hi guys i just pulled my na tranny out and am about to put in the t2 tranny and the wiring is completely different, looks like my t2 tranny has 2 or 3 less wires, ill get pics up soon, anyone have any direction as to where i should start to figure this out?

edit:

also to save from starting a new thread, is my N/A pilot and throwout bearing good for the new SPEC clutch and ACT lightweight flywheel with the t2 tranny? or do i need to replace that too?
