S5 motor into an S4 body

Hey, I'm kinda new to this "swapping" stuff in between rotories, but i was just wondering if I could swap an S5 T2 motor into an S4 T2 body with no other mods? Or would I have to swap out the tranny? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Everything will fit, with no problem. The only thing you want to keep if you are going to keep the S4 ecu . Is use the S4 Engine harness,LIM,UIM, Also make sure you use the original injectors. Only if you have the low impedence injectors. If you have the high's, than use the S5 injectors. just cut off the S5 wires for the S5 injectors. You can not use a S5 engine harness to a S4 ecu. Now the S5 turbo will work, make sure the oil line that goes from the turbo to the engine fits. If it doesnt, just try to bend it back and over, to make the hose long enough to be a direct fit.

As said before, everything will fit, my make it alittle easier on yourself and swap the ECUs and harnesses that way no cutting and soldering is needed.

Thanks, so that's all I need then? I found a deal on a S5 motor w/harness in the bay area. Not too sure about the ECU. Do you guys know where I can get one, without breaking the bank?

So how will he plug in the s4 dash harness (driver side) to the s5 ECU?
I think that will not work as they have different plugs on them!
