s5 jdm turbo downpipe flange?

so im looking at this turbo and it doesnt look like the other s5 turbos ive seen. whats going on here?

Is it just the exhaust housing that is different or is the rest of the turbo different too?

Looks normal to me. Other than the back plate isnt on their.

ok i was thinknin that that has a plate there witha flange off that plate but i wasnt sure.

That's normal. The backing plate isn't installed. Someone may have used it as a downpipe flange instead of doing things properly. Should be easy to find in the For Sale section.

Make sure you don't damage the mating surface for the backing plate because there is no gasket there.
