s5 injector on my s4 with oval plug fittted

hi! i found on my car that the injector is the 89-91 13B Turbo, high oval center, 550cc, purple, 195500-2020

but my car is a 87 T2

the old owner just fit the oval plug

and my car run fine!

why?

Assuming your car is made in the later half of the '87 run, then it should work just fine. The injectors are the same other than the connector. The early 87's and 86's have low imp injectors, so you would need a resistor. Whatever it was, its working fine so I wouldn't worry about it.
