S5 Engine swap

I'm looking to drop a complete (including harness) Spec 5 NA engine in my old worn out NA Spec 4.

What (if any) wiring gremlins would I run into reguarding this swap?

I'm not positive, but I don't think it'll be completely straight forward. Well, I'm probably not the right person to ask, either. Why did I reply again?
