Hit the search up top, and there are a ton of S4 to S5 threads.

Ive heard its a pain... ive never done it but contenplated it... iirc you have to use the head to toe wiring harness... its much easyer and faster and more reliable to just use the S4 Manifolds... or ive heard of others wiring the S4 to the S5 intake....

ether way be smart and use the S4 Front cover with mechanical Oil Metering Pump... and if you use the S5 ECU have it chiped to use the S4 OMP...

the electric ones are from what i know unreliable and ineffeciant... not enough oil at high RPMS

Hit up Dreyko on the forums... iirc hes still got the S4 ECU and S5 Manifolds...

Oh, and if you go to www.rotaryresurrection.com, it covers the whole spectrum of engine questions. He covers S4 to S5 and vice versa swaps.
