S5 engine harness in an S4

I'm thinking about using a complete S5 motor with wiring harness and ECU in my S4.. will I have any wiring / compatibility issues? Will the wiring be plug and play?

It's not plug and play at all. S4 & S5 wiring is completely different, so you'll be cutting off plugs and rearranging many wires. It is much easier to use all S4 electronics & wiring on an S5 keg.

that is what I am doing now. Swapping over the entire s4 manifold as a matter of fact and you will have to run premix also unless you want to swap the front cover.
