Well I made a search for this and only got 4 not so useful finds. I'm also a bit frustrated over some things so I didn't feel like trying to search a lot more....


Anyway, I'm in need of 2 front fenders for my S4. I only got one good offer for fenders and I never heard back from the guy that made it to me. The only other good place to get them is RX7World which is near here. But they only have 1 S4 bumper listed on the site. Will S5 ones fit on an S4?


I was told that there wasn't a huge difference between them... Yet when I asked him for an S5 one.. And asked if he had any others on the site.... He asked the year of my car. 87.... Then he emailed back saying he didn't have my year and couldn't help.


But S5 fits onto the S4 doesn't it?? I emailed back saying the year didn't matter and never heard back from him.

Bump.

I realize I for some reason wrote "bumpers" instead of "fenders".....whoops.

 

AFAIK all fenders are the same. The only differences are the holes for the TII side skirts and the different moldings.

 

Yes s5 bumpers fit on s4 cars, just the side moldings will not match much perfectly (unless you have that also).

 

But the molding not matching perfectly won't be much of a problem will it?

 

Not really sure what you are asking since you are saying fenders and bumpers, but yes except for Turbo S5 Fenders, the S4 and S5 fenders are interchangeble, however the bumpers will need slight tweaking to change, and as mentioned above, the trim style and height on the two series is slightly different.

 

That's why I posted that later message saying I accidently wrote "bumpers" instead of fenders. I'm asking about fenders. :p Sorry hehe, brain wasn't working.


And I also just realized by molding you meant the trim.. That's no problem.... I've gotta get the car painted anyway. I was thinking maybe it was some kind of reinforcement at first hehe.

And the non matching side skirt part.... ah well.
