S5 alternator in S4 n/a chassis wiring (top post wire)

I'm putting a series 5 alternator in my series 4 n/a car. The wire from the top post (B) of my current alternator runs to the 80A main fuse in the underhood fuse box, and also has a wire branching off of it that plugs into the bundle of wires connecting to the underhood fuse box.

The diagram of the (B) terminal in the FSMs look similar to me with my novice skill level in reading wiring diagrams. Can I just leave the (B) terminal wiring as stock for this swap (I am aware of the difference in ring terminal size)?

Assuming an S6 alt is a direct replacement to an S5, is this diagram correct in having the (S) wire connected to the EGI fuse wire?
