s5 5/6 port wiring, up or down?

is the lever that moves them supposed to be up (out) or done (in) the actuaters are gone so i dont know

On the S5, the actuators push OUT to open the ports for high RPM operation.

I may have a set of S5 actuators laying around if you're interested. I can't remember if I sold them or not.
