Ok, so a friend and I Jus pulled his bad s5 n/a engine. I had a good ported s4 engine and sold it to him. Tried swapping right in but wiring harness didn't hook up to dash harness. So, tried using s5 harness and ecu. Had to swap some sensors, but go it to start and run. It was all wrong though and decided to Jus swap blocks. We swapped front covers to use elec Omp. We made sure o ring was good before swapping also. We also swapped everything else. Made egr block off plate. Had to grind alittle of rear housing. We did not use emission rack. We also blocked off a lot of vacuum, but left certain ones. Tried to start car last night but would not run for more than a sec or 2. Other notes.

No air pump cause s4 has no 5/6 port sleeves, and bracket broke on pump.

Primary injector wires could be backwards cause my friend didnt know it mattered till after it was hooked up and put together.

Also put 6 port block off plate from s4.

Timing also could be wrong. I put the yellow mark straight with the needle on cover and lined dot with mark on crank angle sensor.???? Is that right??

Any other things I did, or did wrong or maybe need to do???? I want to be done with this thing and get it out my garage. I would truly appreciate the help. Thanks
