S4 Turbo2 LSD Problem

Do all S4 Turbo2 have LSD? Can a worn out LSD act as open diff? I only do one wheel burnout on the dry. A healty LSD is driftable on the dry?

Yes the clutchs inside of it can wear out. It sounds like yours it shot and needs rebuilt. Mazdatrix sells new parts for LSD but from your question im going to make the assumption that its not a job that you should try on your own.

I am a skilled mecanic just wanted to know things for sure before i dissasemble the unit. You dont learn mutch about LSD rebilds in car mecanic school here in Norway. My car has no LSD tag on the filler plug, therefore my question.

Possibly could have been changed out to an NA unit if Turbo LSDs are hard to find there. Take and post a good picture of the rear cover showing all the fins and I can tell you for sure if it is a Turbo 2 rear
