ive been working on this rotary for almost 2 years. It was bone dry inside/out. Currently it is running on a stock ecu with 4x750cc 3in intercooler piping omp removed premix with 2 cycle. All emission removed rat nest, egr, bac etc.
I finally filled her up with trans/reardiff/ oil/coolant and fired her up for the first time!
It took only 3 crank to start right up but it revs up real high when i tried pushing in the clutch n set it in first for 15sec and back it didnt return back to idle =(
it would highly rev up and the manifold gets red hot!

Can anyone guide me to the right direction please!

 

You check for vacuum leaks? And it seems silly, but did you make sure the throttle cable isn't too tight?

 

found the vacuum leak thx now on to the next problem -i wonder how many more missions i have to hunt down to get it right 1/2 there whew
