is your car s4 or s5? if you have an s4 you could make it work but would need to change a few things.

you should be able to use the s5 t2 motor, just use an s4 throttle body w/ tps, and block off the omp. you will also want to use the s4 t2 afm and map sensor. you will also need to figure out the injectors because the s5 has different connectors and are high imp. your s4 may or may not have high imp. use an s4 wire harness.

ive already got the engine wired up with the s4 na wiring harness, car will fire up and idle with s4 na ecu so if i use s4 turbo ecu my plugs at ecu should match up trying to match jspec 374 ecu with na wiring is becoming a mess cause of body plug thats why i was wanting to use 332 because plugs are exactly the same would have to change a few wires. i was just wondering if s4 ecu will allow enough fuel and air to run s5 thanks for any advise

The s4 ecu will run the car. You are using the stock 550's correct? If you want to run the high imp injectors take out the resistor box. I'm running a N350 with my turbo set up. I have 550/680cc and controlling the fuel with an afc + wide band.

Yes, you can save yourself some headache and use the S4 TII ECU with your S4 NA EM harness. Just keep in mind that the engine is running at 9:1 compression, but the ECU is tuned for 8.5:1, so you should be a little more cautious when running higher boost levels. An AFC of some sort isn't a bad idea to add a little fuel in under boost, as a precaution.

Go here for details on adapting your NA EM harness for use with the S4 TII electronics (AFM, MAP, TPS, ECU): https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-gen-archive-72/s4-na-turbo-swap-details-813825/
