s4 tps on s5 throttle body

I am doing s4 n/a to s5 jspec swap and have a very quick question, I have everything wired up using s4 wiring harness, will the s4 tps work w/ out a hitch on the s5 turbo throttle body. it appears to bolt up just fine.

thanks in advance

I know that the s5 TPS is dual but the s4 one actually bolts up to the throttle body. My question is will this give inaccurate readings or will it be ok?

I havent personally done it, so this is just an opinion.

I think if you just use the S5 bracket and put the S4 narrowband TPS unit in the right place (dont try switching it with the S5 wideband TPS) you should be fine.

I did a search, and I found that that you can just use the narrow band TPS on the S5. How would you do that? which is the narrow one, the front or rear?

so I can just cut off the S5 plug and just use spade connectors to wire it to the s4 harness? If that is the case which wires go where?

I think it is easier to just bend the four pins at the bottom of the unit up so that you can just switch brackets.

The narrow one is the one that doesnt 'slide' againt the TPS, it is the one that isnt even connected after about half throttle.
