If anyone has experience completely disassembling an S4 Aero mirror I'm stuck on the 4th screw.


I'm aware there's a thread showing a disassembled S5 mirror, but it doesn't go into details on how to access the last screw (top inside corner), unless this screw is only obstructed on the S4 style. I just don't want to rush into removing the glass or taking apart the gearbox before asking.

 

I did this recently. The glass basically needs to come out, but if you use a hair dryer to get it good and warm and then feeler gauges to gently pop it out, you can do it without damaging anything.

Then you can remove the center screw and pop the glass frame out, which will let you access the screws.
