.The attachment is from JAPAN2LA and is a TURBO intake manifold machined to fit a SIX PORT engine. Looks clean and straight fwd. That is a SERIES FIVE manifold by the way. It will not let the ACV on a series four engine work right. He does series four intakes also from what I read, so that should not be a problem.

You have another problem. If it truely is an FD housing and an S4 housing, then the spark plugs are not in the same locations. Is there a knock sensor hole over the trailing plug on the rear housing?

Spark plug locations are the same for both housing.
I have already had the car tuned and driving. The only reason I took it down was the coolant between the block and manifold was pissing me off.
Maybe, it an N/A housing?
Hailers yes aside from the secondary ports and a few other things, thats what my manifold looks like coolant passage wise.
So today being 13 degrees out I spent the last 3 hrs in a heatless garage fixing and putting my **** back together.
The option I chose after closly looking at the system, was to just leave the rear o-ring out and completely eliminate the coolant going thru the manifold. I cut the feed line to the manifold off and rerouted a new line to the rear iron.
I am pretty confident I will not have any more problems with this, but ill let you guys know after I pressure test it.
Thanx for your help guys, its alway the same few who help so much. i greatly appreicate it.

If one of your housings looks like this, with the knock sensor hole:

and one looks like this without it :

Then the spark plug holes are not in the same positions. It is OK to use a N/A housing in a TII build as long as it is the same series, the exhaust sleeve is changed to TII and it is used as the front housing. Otherwise you run into issues like what you have. If you have a knock sensor hole on one housing and not the other, then your spark plugs are not in the same locations.

Yes, you can use the nipple on the rear plate, or better yet the one coming off the rear of the water pump housing as the coolant supply for the turbo.
