Well, it all started when a drunkin lady hit my car on Main St. Sarasota. She hit my rear corner and driver tail light. It's all good she had Geico Insurance. They couldn't find a tail light period; they paid me $530 to not care about it. I can't find a s4 tail light that's in great shape, and might be upgrading to s5. I think the s4 should only have s4 tails. At the same time Rounds are so sexy.

DOES THE S4 BULBS/WIRES WORK WITH S5?

 

Yup. They plug right into the S5 lights. And you can get a mint set for around 200$, 220ish shipped to your door. That leaves you with enough for some new hoses and belts.

 

or you could stick with the better looking s4's for $50 or so and get a new exhaust or something.

where did this new internet saying of "s5 lights ONLY look good on S5s" come from anyhow?

The slight difference in the bumper and molding make the lights unacceptable?

there just might be as many s4 cars out there with s5 lights as there are s4s with s4s

 

I have the S5 tails on my Sapphire Blue S4, and they look much better IMHO than the S4s. I'd like the S4 taillights better if the black parts were color-keyed to the rest of the car (like they did with the 10AE). To each his own, I guess.

I put S5 lights on my S4. All the bulbs and connectors hook up, but the sheet metal needs some bending or cutting to allow the S5 lights to seat properly.

I think they look great.

well, the coupe s5 tails came in today from japan...wow, they are for a vert?!?!?!?!

Does anyone wants to buy some beautiful s5 verts. No wonder japan lost the war.
I am starting to dislike ebay. $240 is what I paid.

 

The 1st 2 picts are vert tailights the S-4 then the S-5, the 2nd 2 picts are from the coupes S-4 and then S-5 . The last 2 picts are the license plate holders 1st for the coupes 2nd for the verts. With minor modification you can interchange tailights on both vert or coupe, just make sure you have the right license plate holder part for the right tailights.

 

One last thing, if you don't notice the difference on the tailights, The 1st 2 picts, are of the S-4, vert and the 2nd , S-4 , coupe tailights ( note : the S-4 vert lights have no lens on the iinner side of the reverse lights) as opposed to the S-4 coupe tailights has additional lenght to it. The same applies for the S5 vert tailights as opposed to the S-5 coupe tailights., which has additinal lens to it, and note, once again, the licence plate holders are different.
