Unhappy S4 T5 Motor into S5 n/a or S5 into S5

Hey Guys

I need some help!! I am looking for the stuff to do a Motor Swap into my 91 Vert. All I get is offers for s4 motors and from what i hear and people tell me. I should drop an S4 t2 motor into my S5 n/a. But then i get people who tell me that it shouldn't be done and i should stick to the same series. SO what should i do. ANd if so how do i do it. Can anyone tell me what i need and how to. And whats the best thing to do?

Staying within your series is ALWAYS much easier. Depending on your skill/knowledge, the swap between series can be done, but putting an S4 motor in an S5 car makes almost NO sense at all.

I would agree, it would probably be wayy easier to stay with the series, however S4 motors are wayy cheaper

Im currently helping someone put an S4 turbo motor in an S5 GXL. Its pretty easy sence we have a complete turbo II parts car but it is alot of work

Along with the normal n/a -> T2 swap we swaped the dash and body harness along with every peace of electronic anything we can find.

Its possible, just more work

driveshafts and differentials are interchangable between the series but the S4 had the clutch type lsd and the S5 had viscous.
