I just put a High Impedence engine in my low impedence T2 what parts do i need so it will work right got:

High Impedence ECU
Knock Box and Sensor

is there anything else im missing?

 

The ecu doesnt care if it is HI or LI. True, the 87 ecu is 332 and the 88 333, but the difference is emissions programming from what IM told. EIther ecu will run either injector setup. The only things you have to change are:

wiring harness
injectors
resistorpack (or remove)

The knock boxes are the same from 87-88, and the sensor is the same from 87-91. Provided you already had a turbo motor, you didnt change anything.

 

Just swap everything over to the new engine block - it'll all work.&nbsp You don't need to add anything.

I had at turbo motor before but on the car i got the engine from theres a box next to the ecu i dont have that not sure what it is

 

yeah the knock box isnt there and the car is a turbo hmm heh it starts up ok
