Mazdatrix Dual Pipe Exhaust

Does anyone own of those Mazdatrix dual pipe exhausts? The $1400 ones. How loud are they? Are they REALLY loud (from both inside and outside)?

I am concerned about the drop in ride comfort if it's too f**king loud...and since it removes all the cat and **** from the car I don't want it attract attention from the cops...

trust me. IMO it is and will always be worth just bolting it on and not having rusty old pipes from a cheap shop. The sound so beautiful you woldn't beleive it.

sigh...

hey man do you still have the rear rotors you were selling? I forgot what brand they were. Hit me up with a PM if you can. hopefully I will have enough cash to replace the rear this winter too.

it all depends on the types of pipe they use, any shop can order stainless steel tubing, it'll just cost a little more, still dont think its worth $1400

That's great if you want a press-bent catback exhaust made out of cheap ERW steel and a cheapo muffler. Um, no, they can't customize it any way you want for that price. Sure, they may be able to bend it all different ways, but if you want quality items like 321 stainless steel or 625 inconel material, DOM piping, mandral bends, v-band clamps or transition flanges, wastegate bellows, proper slip joints and hangars, decent mufflers that can actually handle the rotary engine for more than two weeks, etc., then the price is going to go up.

I spent about $2,600 on my FC's turbo-back exhaust system, which didn't include the turbo manifold.

I used to have that exhaust on my N/a back when it was an N/a. Some people said it was loud as hell at WOT, but i didnt think it was that bad. I sold it about a month ago for $550, minus the RB roadrace header. If you get it, paint the header back to the presilencers with some very high temp paint, because it will rust after a while.

I have had mine for a year now. No rust on the header or pre-silencers. Ahh dry weather.
