S4 T2 block in a S5 NA Vert?

Been a long time guys. Excuse my ignorance, but I am parting out my S4 T2, keeping my freshly built engine and am wondering if it will slip right into a S5 Na? Of course, I know I have to block the turbo cooling ports. Anything else I should be aware of?

No issue there. I plan on buying a vert with a blown engine and simply replacing the block. That is all. I am just not familiar with the NA as much.

So you plan to run a 4port block on 6 port manifolds?

Now I see. I googled a pic and see the 6 ports.

Damn, I just built this T2 block with new housing and ported it, and didn't really want to sell it. I thought I could use it for a NA swap.

I may be able to help.. Are you planning on running the block as a turbo or Non? (were you planning on actually running the turbo or just the lower compression rotors I guess..

I was going to stick with the NA set up, so Non Turbo.

That can be done fairly easily.. Most people do the opposite though. The T2 motor is going to be a bit of a pig without the turbo on the side of it.

The manifold will bolt up, it will just be a matter of how you want to deal with the ports matching up.
