S4 shortblock questions...

i have a t2 shortblock partially disassembled and i looked at the rotor housings and the actual housing isnt scored or scratched neither is the rotor... but the water jacket is rusty as crap inside is it possible to sandblast the housing or some sort of other cleaning method?

i wanna learn how to rebuild a 13b so bad...
i got nothing but time... and lots of methods to do research... i think this will be fun.

some place sells rebuild how to videos, it might be rotaryresurrection. as for your housings, I'm not sure, but if you post pics I bet you'd get some good tips (as with most things in this forum)

I usually use a medium wire brush to clean up the water jacket areas. I've bead blasted the exterior of my housings before with some good success.
