S4->S5 wiring help

I have installed a S5 engine into my 88 Rx-7 and even after looking at the wiring diagrams am still having trouble understanding where to go from here. I have the Uncut S5 harness and ECU, but the chasis harness doesn't hook up to the S5 ECU. Does anyone have a guide on what needs to be done?
I have also heard that some people have just taken an 88 TII harness and ECU and hooked it up to an S5 engine. any suggestions? The more simple, the better.

Yeah you are pretty right, you can use the S4 harness and ecu! BUT you then have to use matching injectors to the ecu, TPS..... just go to www.rotaryressurection.com, thats what I did, its in the tech section.
