With the plug connected and the ignition on, measure the voltage across the green/red (narrow-range signal) and black/brown (ground) wires. It should be ~1.0V with the throttle closed and ~5.0V with it fully open. Then measure the voltage across the black/green (full-range signal) and black/brown wires. It should be ~0.8V with the throttle closed and ~4.3V with it fully open.
With the plug disconnected, measure the resistance across the green/red and black/brown wires. It should be 0.8-1.2k-ohm with the throttle closed and 4.0-6.0k-ohm with it fully open. Then measure the resistance across the black/green and black/brown wires. It should be 0.6-0.9k-ohm with the throttle closed and 3.4-5.1k-ohm with it fully open.
