S4 and S5 TII TPS Interchange

First, this is not the usual TPS question--I searched and didn't find it.

I'd like to install an S5 TII TPS on the S4 TII throttle body. I know the electrical connections are different, and I know the wide range TPS won't have the cam to activate it.

1) Will it bolt on to the S4 TII TB?

2) If yes will it still move the narrow range TPS like it does on the S4?

I'd like to just buy a new S5 TII TPS for $65 from Autozone and build a cam to operate the wide range TPS. Otherwise I'll have to buy and swap in an S5 throttle body. Ultimately this will be used for a Megasquirt ECU.

Thanks for your help.

Scott

TPS Kit 5/16 D Shaft Drive (specify CW or CCW TPS end shaft rotation) $75

Looks like an option, but not cheap.

Thanks,

Scott
