s4/s5 TII hybrid questions

My questions are can you mate and S4 TII motor to S5 TII tranny?

of the top of my head im thinking I'd need :
S5 TII CLUTCH KIT + FLYWHEEL
S5 TII COUNTER WIEGHTS
S5 TII STATIONARY GEARS
AND ECU + HARNESS

is there anything else i would need?

There appear to be more questions going on here than just the one asked.

What car is this going into?

Any of the 13B's will bolt to any of the other transmissions.

The flywheel needs to match the transmission (turbo), but the series needs to match the engine (s4/s5) to address the counterweight.

Stationary gears are internal to the engine.

ECU + Harness is dependent upon the motor series to the car series.

yea sorry got a little carried away when i really started thinking about it .

let me start with that i have 91 NA. the spare motor i have is out of a s4 tii i have a turbo tranny near me but its out a s5 tii. So i was trying to figure out what i need in order mate the two. I apologize if dont understand right away. So your saying the that any TII tranny will do doesnt matter the the series. So if i get the s5 tii tranny then i need and s5 tii flywheel. and the counterweights have to match the motor so im good with s4 Tii weights. stationary gears are pretty much non existance as they have to do with the internals. I want to use the haltech platnium when i do the swap. So I should get the the one for series 4 motors. is that correct?

You need an s4 tii flywheel since your motor is an s4.

As stated above, so long as either the counterweight (which can attach to an aftermarket flywheel, or is built into the stock flywheels) matches the series of the motor, you can use any tranny.

The Haltech should be pretty much universal, and shouldn't much matter the series of the engine.
