Both of those are connected to vacuum. When I did my S5 manifold swap, I ran the red line to the middle nipple on the back of the S5 UIM. The green line I ran to the vacuum hookup the EGR valve used to have on the rat's nest (this basically just taps into the red line's vacuum).

Run the 4:1 oil injector line to the black plastic intake duct. There is a capped metal line there that is the perfect size, and you need metered air source for it anyway, not vac.
The remaining 2 nipples on the UIM I used for the PCV valve. One is metered air, and one is vac. It uses both. I tee'd the metered air line to the secondary fuel injector bleeds too.

One more question from your diagram, it shows 3 lines coming from the dynamic chamber, did you use the S5 TB spacer? I only have the S4 and it only has 2 holes for air to go to those 2/3 nipples.
