s4-s5 electrical compatibility

Alright, my sunroof and interior lights dont work. Just the overhead lights that are turned on by the door or buttons. My car has an s4 TII engine in a 91 gtu model and the prev. owner did the original swap, so I don't know all the details. I looked at my fuse panel, and it isn't the same as the s5 fsm shows, so I believe its an s4 chassis harness. Now, my question...do the sunroof and interior lights match up to the s4 harness, or do i need to rewire something. I am open to suggestions, and I care more about getting the sunroof to work than the overhead lights. Any way to go around getting an s4 sunroof motor and harness, or is that the only way?

TIA,
Ben
