s4 or s5?

I have a '90 vert and I was wondering what series motor I have. Also what kind of power that it has stock. I have a monza cat back and a K&N so it's almost stock.

Series 4' ended in 88, so your '90 is a series 5. Check out the frequently asked questions section at the top of this forum. You can get a lot of answers there.
