S14 lip, HDR racing lip they look about the same to me. 
R33, there are one or two lips out there for the S4. Though they are usually pretty hard to come by. There is one coming out in the next month from 5one5 Innovations that will be made specifically for the S4 though. Just thought I'd let you know.

Look at the far corner you can see where it's wrapped over the bumper. I didn't think there was a lip design out there that has a wave pattern along the bottom edge.
