S4 NA. JDM TII swap wireing ?

Just making sure I am not confused.

Ordering a JDM TII front clip comes compleat basicly a TII car cut in half. Is there a problem with the wireing harness it comes with? being that the driver and passenger sides are reversed. Does this mean the wiering wont work? if so what do I do? I read that this is a problem so I am doube checking.

By the way is there anything I should be looking out for wile performing this swap? Since so meany people have done it allready.

The engine harness is quite a stretch to fit, it can be done but it's one heck of a stretch.

You can attempt to find a US spec TII engine harness, or you can just stretch the JDM one for now until you find one.

You might wanna try unwrapping the RHD j-spec harness and re-wrapping it to fit on your LHD car.

Do exactly as he says, it's great way to do it. You'll see where your harness is going to lead its way over to the Right side. When you re-wrap your harness, make sure that it heads over to the Left side. It's very time consuming and teadious, but it's well worth it, unless you can find a US harness.

While your unrwrapping it, you can look for, bad wires, broken wires etc... and you can do what you want in the right spots (provide better heat sheilding or extra wrapping in certain areas). You'll also be hard pressed to find a US harness and if you do, it's gonna cost you a limb or two.
