S4 n/a swap: used or new housings or...
I am getting a rebuild/swap, and I have the option of getting used or new housings. How much of a difference does this make? How long do they last etc.? What's my best option?
Here are my options:
[A]Get my running engine (232km / 144miles) rebuilt and:
1)reuse the housings
2)get new housings
3)get housings from another engine with less miles on it
[B] replace the engine with a rebuilt one
(1 year warranty but more expensive)
[C] Put a used engine in it. Rebuilt but car rolled at 22km - engine running and 3month warranty (no porting though)
