S4 Iron resurfacing need tolerence numbers

Ok well in my effort to learn more about the way a Rotory works and such(plus the fact I have alot of spare parts) I have decided that I am going to resurface my S4 Irons. I have searched this and unless I missed the section about it in the FSM I cannot find the specs on it such as surface warpage to were it can just be junked and also the minimum tolerences for the tickness of the irons.

But before someone says well all this reurfacing takes alot of high tech equipment and stuff. I work in a machine shop now and this is what we do all day is hone balance deck and all that stuff so I have the skills and the equipment I am just looking for the toterence numers here.

And because I now have access to much different equipment than most people I will be trying certain things. Like using the flow beach to make the perfect port on the intake and may even try some other stuff while I am at it.

Thanks in advance

All the information you are looking for is in the FSM at least in the S5 manual. I think it is under the section about engine inspection. That should be after the Engine removal section.
Racing Beat list the maximum surface removal of no more than .002 in from each side of the housings.

If you get all that fancy equiptment to work on the housings mabey you could resurface my housings.
