s4 harness with s5 engine?

s4 harness with s5 engine?
to make an s5 motor work in a s4 chassis, i have to use the s4 wiring harness right? if so, what do i have to change/modify in order to make the motor run.

eh.. I dunno.. I do know that one thing is the difference in the injectors.. the impedance is different..
