K, been following 5 speed swap instructions... and I can't locate the automatic transmission computer behind the passenger side carpet / kick panel. All I see is the ECU, and various other small modules in the very corner.

I was wondering, is the S4 automatic transmission computer on the driver's side?

s4s dont have one. only s5's with the electronic hold/shift trans.
