NV S4 Fogs

My new to me s4 fog lights just came in and i was holding them up into my bumper and i dont understand what they are supposed to mount to. Was wondering if anyone had pictures with them installed with and without a bumper cover.

And im more then positive there are threads on how to wire them into a car that never had them so if someone could link me to that, that would be cool cuz i can not find one.

Post pics. I've been trying to track an oem s4 set for a while. The oem's are rare and unheard of even in japan.

sure you don't have s5 fogs?

s4 fogs are seen here

Nice good find-- there's a car over in my area that has them, it's an 86 or 87 base. I'd love a set too. G/L finding mounting pics!! You sure have all the rare stuff

By OEM I guess you mean Finish Line Accessory fog lamps, because there were no OEM '86-88.

The S4 FOGS were made by BOSCH. There is a smaller more streamline version that mount onto the S4 mounting bracket. The bracket is L shaped where the pillar of the L mounts to stock bolts and the fog is mounted to the horizontal part of the L.

The correct wiring is via a BOSCH relay, the power to the switch comes from the low beam positive. Power through the relay to the fogs comes from a fused connection to the battery. Fogs are supposed to go off when you hit the high beams, thus that configuration.

I've got a set of those brackets somewhere....................

Picture of the streamline fogs with Bosch covers on them from my old S4 TII (aka The Red Rocket).

Hey guys! The dude around me w/ the fogs sold the fogs only to me! After hunting for them for so long... hahaha. Here's the info & pics:

Turns out they're pretty common lights w/ Euro cars: volvo, saab, porsche, etc... An Ebay search of "LE1473" will pull up quite a few results, just make sure the mounting hardware is the same as what I pictured. The car these came from had the bumper cut to fit these, though, so be ware of that. I'm going to put them on a car who's bumper I don't have much attachment to, so I don't cringe or cry giving it the knife. Enjoy!
