S4 fog lights **photos inside**

Hey everyone,
I recently posted some pictures of my 1988 10th anniversary and got some feedback on my fog lights. I wanted to provide some additional photos and info about them. I purchased this car from the third owner and it is almost 100%. I have TONS of original documents and paperwork with the car to backup the claims.
The car has fog lights, and yes before you all start typing like mad “S4’s never came with fog lights!!!” I know, I know they are not “factory” fog lights. S4 did not come with fog lights from the factory. The holes I the bumper are cooling vents that direct air to the brakes. However, fog lights where an option installed at the dealer. This is supported by some documents showing fog lights among other options like underbelly pans, louvers, ski racks, hood bras, etc available for purchase at the dealer after delivery of the vehicle.
below I have attached some pictures of the fog lights on my car which I believe to be an original dealer installed kit. If you want any additional pictures just ask and I’ll snap some more. Here you go!
thanks everyone!

Nicely recessed

They look nice. Fits the period of the car.

7” wide

They are Bosch Halogen

3.5” tall

Made in Sweden

Very heavy duty bracket with nice 12mm bolts

Lighted fog light switch

They are super bright!

Very cool! I think a lot of people forget that "dealer installed options" are a thing. Like in the automotive industry even though "official" documents didn't show the car came with some option, dealerships will often go out of their way to make an option just to make their lot more attractive than the next one.
