S4 fender on S5

I've done a couple searches and come up with two different answers, so I'm creating another thread trying to resolve this before I try to implement a solution to my problem.

I got smacked while sitting still at a light. My drivers side fender needs to be banged out and painted. However a friend came by yesterday with s4 turbo fender. I have an s5 turbo. I've never been good with visual comparisons so i can't tell if the fenders are exact matches in terms of shape. I don't have an issue cutting holes in the s4 fender to mount the s5 moulding, but I need to know if the shape of the s4 fender is idential to the shape of the s5 fender.

From my searches i've seen yes and no responses, but no clear description of the differences. I also plan on putting on a corksport border replica bumper so I need to take that into consideration as well.

Thanks guys

I have an S4 fender on my S5. Obviously the molding must be switched over, as they are of different design.

Two differences I noticed:

The S4 fender had no flare and tapped hole to screw the stock bottom lip into.

The S5 molding at the back of the fender clipped into holes on the S5 fender. The S4 fender I used had no such holes, so I had to use adhesive to secure the molding.

Other than that, I noticed no differences. Some people say the flares are a little different, but I can't tell. Nobody tells me one fender is wider than the other, so if there's a difference it can't be too obvious.
