s4 converted to s5 exterior

Hey guys. I might buy someone's s5 front and rear bumpers for my s4. I have one of those ebay body kits, which doesnt look too bad or crazy, but I hate fiberglass and how its cracked on me. I'm not much of a person for car shows. I wouldnt mind the factory bumpers and stuff

What would I need to convert my exterior to the s5? So far I'm looking to buy his front and rear bumpers, and some of the trimmings. Im really not sure. If someone can help a noob, please do. thanks

i would just get the front bumper and have bumper line painted black to follow the rest of the trims, i currently have s5 front and rear bumper on s4 with painted trims on bumpers, front looks good but trim in rear hangs alittle so im about to switch rear bumper back to s4 one

I have actually thought about this as well. Do the S5 bumpers bolt right up or is there a difference oh how they r connected?

They are supposed to bolt right up. I feel so newb. I spend most of my time under the hood or under the car. I hardley care about hte exterior, but my POS fiberglass front bumper is going to pieces

don't feel bad initial D, I have the exact same problem. I spend all my time under the hood and under the dash fixing god knows what, then I step back and see my nasty curb rashed stock rims, and scratched and dented exterior.

I have an s4 and was looking into swapping the exterior to s5. All you need is:
front bumper
side moldings
side skirts
rear bumper

and if you're feeling extra s5:
Tail lights
wing

from what I have heard everything except the tails bolt right up. there are like 500 million write-ups on how to do the tail swap though.

I have a full S5 exterior minus the mirrors if you'd want to wait.

But I think just doing the front bumper is really half ***, it doesn't cost much to convert entire over.

Everything bolts in except for the taillights, which you have bend two tabs on the body, and the side trim from the S5, which you gotta break the tabs off and use some good double sided tape.

I hope that helps and good luck.

^ wow nice shiny paint, need to paint trim red though..never really cared for the odula lip the middle is a big complication. yes the front bumper bolts right up though..its a pain to put on and the plastic air vents on the back side need to be changed with the new bumper (s5). s4 vents are alot smaller.
