s4 chassis, s5 engine? will it work

s4 chassis, s5 engine? will it work
so i bought a tII engine and tranny from a company in japan. he told me it was out of an 88 rx, beginning to think it's a s5 tho, cuz after i got it, he said it was out of an 89. what am i going to have to do to make this work. and how can i tell if it is a s4 or s5
