Will this work i have an aftermarket turbo and manifold just curious?

I know the ignition timing map is diffrent,also the fuel map series 5 engines are higher compression,and mazda designed the engine to have a higher factory boost cieling,what are your other mods?standalone ecu you can tune anything to work,not sure on manifold difrences on the intake side the exaust manifold and turbo will bolt up to either block manifold mounts are the same

If the engine is still running,sounds good turbo engines wear much quicker than n/a models and if the irons are heavily worn lapping them may not be an option,as the coolant seals have the grove cut in the irons,not like the old 12a's where they were in the rotor housing,any one know why mazda did that?
