S4 AFM ECU Code???

Hey all, Well I am getting closer to starting the car, but today I plugged in the battery to make sure that everything was plugged in correctly.
Well my test lights gave the AFM code (light 1 two short lights pause and repeat). So I took it out and did all of the tests on it I could (using a multimeter and the FSM) and everything checked out.
Does this mean that the ECU or AFM is broken? Or could making some new grounds be helpful?

When I was working on my car it kept giving me that same code...everything was ok and I got the car started...I could never figure out what the actual problem was! Just do some cursing and mad dance and it might just fix the problem(it worked for me)!

Check your afm connector for recessed pins or corrosion.

Crazy dance, kicking ****, and swearing haven't fixed it yet
All of the pins on both the AFM and connector seem to be in great shape.

And something else to say, if I have the car on (not started) and move the flapper door, there is a noise in the engine bay, kinda sounds like it pumps fuel or something like that.
