s4 13bt Turbo 2 swap wont start

Here are the specs guys
Its a S4 13bt with an s5 hybrid turbo, FD water seals, and a N/A front cover. Bought this engine from a guy who had it sitting for about 4 months and garenteed me it was a good engine. Did the swap myself from a 88 N/A GTU, running the N/A wiring harness. Turbo ECU, Turbo MAF and Turbo pressure sensor, everything is connected/ blocked off that I can think of. No Emissions
Went to start it and no bueno. I checked for spark on all for plugs and all are getting spark. Fuel also. compression wise the front is seeing 90 psi while the rear I cant even get a reading. I thought if it was bad it would at least read something right? but could not get anything. 0
I've tried and put ATF fluid into the chamber to help it seal but it didn't help. It seems when I put my foot all the way to the floor it turns faster and seems like it want to fire, but doesn't.
As far as timing goes, I haven't messed with it at all. The markings on the pulley are gone so I don't know what to do as far as timing goes.
Just seeing if I could get some info on helping me get this thing started

Use the pic in post #6 in the link. And the Main Pulley should have a couple of notches/grooves in it besides the color markings.

And is this a Jspec engine?

Correct. I tried the leading and trailing plug with a compression tester and nothing.

I thought it would have at least like 30 psi

Probably blown I would think? If no compression.

tell the guy that "garenteed your engine" that he is a "rectal divot"...if you don't get a reading on the comp test then it is not the tester..it is the engine.

I got it to start with the correct timing, the front rotor is firing but the rear is not, when I pulled the plug it looked like the spark plug was dripping in fuel, is it possible for the rear housing to be flooded and the front to be not?

Is the engine a Jspec or not and if it is what ECU # are you using.

N/a harness is not routed the same as turbo. You may have both primary injector clips attached to the front rotor injectors.

2 possible scenarios here.

1, the rear rotor is blown and therefore it will not fire. it will have silly things like unburnt gas in there.

2, the rear rotor is sooo thoroughly flooded that it is showing no compression.

Check for spark on the rear rotor. If you have spark (and obviously have fuel), it is most likely scenario # 1.
