Few people want the auto transmission, so I can't really comment on that. Probably $100-$200 for the transmission.
As far as the engine, it is whatever the market will bare. You should be able to get between $700 and $1000 for a nicely running low mile NA engine as long as you have compression numbers. Sell to the right person at the right time and you'll probably get more.
